ATP'S SLC USB Drives, also refered as USB storage drives are designed for mission critical embedded applications with space constraints, high performance and high data retention requirements. The drives have the extraordinary endurance of 60,000 program/erase cycles, while most MLC-based USB drives on the market have less than 3,000 program/erase cycles.
The industrial grade SLC USB storage flash drive is ideal for mission critical industrial applications, such as a boot drive application. The rugged metal housing design, along with ATP''s advanced “System in Package” (SIP) technology covering the interior components, permits the USB drive to withstand extreme operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C, to be water/moisture proof, as well as vibration, shock and electrostatic discharge resistant. The SLC ICs can retain data for up to 10 years, while competing MLC products can only retain data for about six months. Nanodura is in compliance with ROHS and most restricted environmental policies. It also complies with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 and is compatible with Windows and Mac OS. Nanodura comes with its ready to be used plug and play feature, with capacities available in 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB.
